My View on Ticket Office Closures
The plans to close ticket offices will affectively block disabled people from the network, will put more passengers and frontline staff at risk, and see a significant uptick on lost revenue. This is a plan that benefits franchise holders in the short term but will be catastrophic for the future viability of our railways.
